Lung Cancer Health Professionals

A multi-professional team made up of various health professionals should be involved in your treatment and care. The exact make up of the team will vary depending on where you are getting treated, but will most often include a lung cancer nurse specialist, a chest physician and either an oncologist (cancer doctor) with an interest in lung cancer or a thoracic surgeon.
